Indicative information only

Setbacks, buildable area, heights, parking, Vastu zones, floor plans and 3D elevations shown by the planner are indicative, for early planning and discussion only. Building rules change and depend on your exact plot, location and approvals. The 3D elevations are illustrative concepts, not architectural designs.

Always confirm the final design, setbacks, height and parking with the sanctioning authority and a qualified architect or engineer before buying land, signing contracts or starting construction.

No professional advice

The planner does not provide legal, architectural, structural, engineering or financial advice, and using it does not create any professional relationship.

Free beta

The planner is currently free while in beta. We may change, add or remove features, and some advanced features may become paid in future. We will not charge you for anything without your clear consent.

Advertising

The website may show advertisements from third parties such as Google. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through automated scraping at scale.
• Do not present the planner's output as an approved or official plan.

Ownership

The website, its design, 3D designs and content belong to Design & Spaces. Brief images you create are yours to share for your own planning.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design & Spaces is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the planner or its output.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
